Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.  If you aren't able to pay by these methods, please Contact Us prior to placing your order to discuss payment via direct bank deposit or cheque. 

Q: How much are your postage and handling charges? 
A: We take great care when packaging your order to ensure that it remains safe during transit and arrives at your door in the condition it left us in.  All our parcels are tracked and require a signature upon receipt of delivery.  For this service, our rates for delivery per Wedding/Christening candle are as follows:

Q: How long does delivery take? 
A: Average delivery times vary depending on where you live.  It can be as early as the next day (eg. Melbourne metro) or up to 7 days for more remote areas.  All our parcels are tracked and require a signature upon receipt of delivery.  Please contact us in the unlikely event that your package has not arrived after 7 days and we will follow it up with our transport company.    

Q: Do you stock Easter Lambades for Godparents to give to their Godchildren?
A: Absolutely!  100% original, unique high quality Easter Candles / Easter Lambathes for special Godchildren who deserve the best.  Postage costs will vary depending on quantity ordered and delivery postcode so please contact us to confirm costs before placing an order.

Q: Do you have a showroom where I can view your items?
A: Our studios are not open to the general public but we describe our products as accurately as possible.  For personalised candles and bonbonniere, we email you a photo proof for approval before sending out your item so that you can see exactly what it will look like.

Q: I have my own design in mind but can’t find it anywhere – can you make it for me?
A: Certainly - we are more than happy to gather your ideas and make you a perfect candle to match your taste, budget and theme for your special celebration. 

Q: Can we supply a special item to include on a candle to match the theme for our day?
A: Yes, please contact us via our Contact Us page to arrange this.

Q: Can you do a personalized photo candle on a different size?  I am after a short pillar candle for a Catholic Christening.
A: Yes, we can source candles of many different sizes for photos and can have them made for different occasions including special birthdays, anniversaries and engagements.  Please contact us via our Contact Us page to arrange this.

Q: What if we aren’t entirely happy with our purchase when it arrives?
A: For items that are in stock (lambathes, bonbonniere, stefana) - if you are not entirely satisfied when they arrive, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods.  We'll provide an address to send them back for a full refund of the sale price.  Items must be received back in original, saleable condition and return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer.  We strongly recommend that you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for returned goods that do not reach us.  Upon receipt of goods in original condition, a refund or exchange to the value of the sale price will happily be given.  The original delivery fee will not be refunded as we cannot get this back.   Under our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, we email you a proof of your cusom made photo/ products for your approval prior to sending it out, to ensure that you are 100% happy with your order.  For this reason, we cannot accept returns for custom-made/ photo products.
